Tips for Best Results
- Clear scans - Upload high-quality images or PDFs for better AI parsing
- Complete documents - Include the full receipt, not just portions
- Review extracted data - Check the parsed information for accuracy
- Regular uploads - Keep medical records current by uploading after each vet visit
Common Issues
Low Confidence Parsing
If a receipt shows low confidence:
- Check that the image is clear and readable
- Ensure the entire receipt is visible
- Handwritten notes may not parse well
Missing Information
Some fields may show "N/A" if:
- The information wasn't on the original receipt
- The AI couldn't locate that specific field
- The document format was unusual
You can still use the record - the original file is always preserved.
